The following Action allows you to generate abstract backgrounds like on the screenshots in several seconds. With any resolution and colors. Vertical and horizontal directions are available.
1. Create new document: File - New... with resolution you need
2. Set Foreground and Background colors
3. Load this action: Actions Palette - Load Actions...
4. Run one of vertical or horizontal actions by clicking the Play selection button.
5. Enjoy this original background
